Olympic Region Harmful Algal Bloom (ORHAB). ORHAB shares knowledge with local communities on the Olympic Peninsula of the Washington State coast, empowering tribal and state managers to make scientifically-based decisions about managing and mitigating harmful algal bloom (HAB) impacts on coastal fishery resources.

The Cooperative Institute for Climate, Ocean and Ecosystem Studies (CICOES) was established in 1977. CICOES research is at the forefront of investigations on climate change, ocean acidification, fisheries assessments, and tsunami forecasting. The CICOES Council and Senior Fellows provide recommendations to the Institute management.

Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife

The Northwest Association of Networked Ocean Observing Systems (NANOOS) is the Regional Association of the national Integrated Ocean Observing System (IOOS) in the Pacific Northwest, primarily Washington and Oregon. NANOOS has strong ties with the observing programs in Alaska and British Columbia through our common purpose and the occasional overlap of data and products.
